Not received order.!
Ordered 2dresses,paid 43,55euros. The track and trace says my order is delivered but i didnt receive anything. After talking with them now for a week the solutions which they offered me. 1. Giving me some 17dollars virtual dresslily money for future orders. (thats way far from the money which i paid) 2. They want me to pay 25dollars more and they will resend it. (how can i be sure that this time i will receive my package?) and also why would i pay again? I paid my order i paid the shipping. I think if the shipping company lost my package or delivered it to a wrong adress then they need to take a responsibility for that. Not me losing my money
