Bought a citizen watch online from a London based seller. When it finally arrived it was obviously counterfeit. I raised a ticket with PayPal and after providing photographic and email evidence of my purchase and poor quality of goods. The seller insisted that I have the watch examined and certified by a jeweller with copy's of their own qualifications and business resume. A service that in the UK usually costs in the region of £250/450 far out weighing the cost of the item. When I pointed this out I was ignored and PayPal eventually found in favour of the seller.
