I didn't recieve majority of my order
I didn't recieve majority of my order. What I received was another customer's order that is from Detroit, MI I won't place her name here because it isn't our fault that someone placed my name sticker onto her package. Moreover I have contacted lovelywholesale numerous times to either resend me what I ordered or send me a sticker to return these items and refund me my money, however they continue to argue that my order was sent therefore they won't be moving forward and or helping to satisfy me as their customer that has spent hundreds of dollars into this company over time. Also in other emails trying to make communication with them they have stopped responding to me. I am so tempted to contact this woman that I received her package and maybe she has mine. I will never again order from lovelywholesale this isn't my first order from them, my other orders came to me in satisfactory condition thus the reason I continued to shop on this site. So based off of my experience I won't order here again and also I will report this issue to the BBB because I paid money for items and I didn't recieve them but lovelywholesale has my items and My money. I HAVE been in communication with lovelywholesale for a few days now and they are telling me to contact my local post office and they continue to tell me that my order was shipped and delivered. Mind you I put in many ticket orders and all of the representatives respond the same, now they're writing nonsense on my review.
