This is the first and last time Im ordering sneakers from Novelship. They took just over a month to arrive, way too long. The shoes were ok but no packaging just a cardboard box no cushioning. Their tracking system is just weird, its never up to date. To their credit they do answer emails promply but as other customers have said the replies are oftern unhelpful. I think 3 stars is being generous.
