Run around
I purchased travel insurance from Seven Corners for a trip to Madrid. My luggage was damaged on the way back to the U.S. I filed a claim with Seven Corners and was given the runaround. They asked for a receipt from when I purchased my luggage. I sent it, but they didn't wanta the receipt from the company I purchased it from, but the receipt from the main supplier. It was just so much nonsense to the point I gave up. Don't waste your time with Seven Corners. I sent them the receipt from turkish airlines showing they only paid $30 for the luggage but didn't cover the full luggage price. That wasn't good enough they wanted a letter from Turkish Airlines staying that they closed my claim. If they paid $30 doesn't that show the claim is closed?!
