wrong shoes been send over. Fail QC
The reason I’m giving 3 stars is that the refund policy was smooth and hassle free as Michelle help to process the return and fast arrangement. But reason why two star missing because novelship send wrong shoes to me. The most basis require is to get the correct shoes and yet this fail the first check of making sure the shoes is correct before doing legit check.
