The first thing I noticed is that the waist trainer instantly improves your posture whether standing, walking or sitting. It is true to size, so it fits snug, but I have no trouble breathing. I ordered my tank top size which is a medium. The material itself is a quality , comfy spandex. I wear mine under my shirt. The length of the trainer sits just under my breast area and over lower belly, it doesn't dig into my skin or is irritating. I wear it about 6-8hrs daily. When I take it off, I noticed that my belly area seems to feel tighter so I'm pretty sure it's doing its intended job.
