From bad to better.
I have previously had good experiences with Sakerplus. Shipping is usually on the slow side, but the tracker usually works and the products I've bought have been as advertised or better once received. My last purchase was fairly frustrating. The shipment took a long time. The tracking was poor to non-existent. The order was lost or misdirected, and customer service was initially unhelpful. After multiple texts and calls the problem was apparently recognized. The order was canceled and a majority of the purchase price was refunded. I asked why the order wasn't just reshipped, I had purchase insurance. They didn't do that. Initially I was frustrated again to the point of anger. I asked to be removed from the email list and deleted myself from the site. However at some point the effort to resolve the problem worked. The refund happened, but they also reshipped the product at no cost to me. This wasn't necessary, but it was appreciated. It didn't make the previous problems disappear, but it restored my trust in the company. Sincerely Tom A.
