After many years of using their services, I can only confirm the quality of their support. Recently, a server had a problem one night: I was unreachable (I was sleeping with my phone turned off), and they did everything they could to restore functionality without my intervention. When I woke up, I only noticed the problems from the uptime monitor notifications and the related ticket report: the server was working perfectly, and the problem had been resolved. This level of service is priceless: anyone who manages servers knows the value of being able to sleep soundly, knowing that any issue will be addressed and resolved, any day, any time of day or night!
