Been left waiting for delivery twice and it never came. First time they said the driver couldn’t find me, but they never even called to meet them. Second time, the payment didn’t come through, I’ve got in the app and did the payment, it came through. Hours later, Tesco app was showing that the delivery wouldn’t be done cause of payment issues. Customer service was useless both times, not offering a new plausible time slot.
