Fantastic product AND service
I think this is my 4th purchase from BARE & that alone speaks for the product quality. I would, however, like to highlight the excellent service I have received - I placed an order in early July and when it still didn't arrive after a month I was certain it was lost, so I reached out to BARE's customer service team who promptly sent out another case free of charge and with tracking, no questions asked. The case from my order did arrive eventually (after 1.5 month) and I wanted to pay for the 2nd one, since it wasn't Bare's fault. Not only did they refuse to take my money, they even apologized for the inconvenience caused when in fact it was no fault of theirs. Needless to say, I'm a happy repeat customer. Thank you!
