I'll never order here again
I'll never order here again. I ordered a massager from them only to find that it took forever for their delivery. as I was waiting for it i chanced on similar products being sold much cheaper on other sites. can only blame my own ignorance but reading the other negative reviews it seems it explain why they don't refund. Also you find all their replies to complains here is a standard reply message. No genuine attempt to resolve. They are not alone, now a new company SOULYFT that have the same look and feel and ads taking over. Highly suspect it is the same company. Authorities should really look into this. Something smells wrong
