Actually minus 3 stars! My sister is a survivor, and I wanted to help support the cause. Order was placed back in August and I am still waiting. Delivery status shows stuck in Reno NV since 9/18. Sent email about 3 weeks ago regarding my concerns. Response was 'on vacation, give it more time'. Big help there. Resent concerns this week and now response is USPS returned package but they did not receive, but to replace need me to repay. Sure sounds like a RIP-OFF to me.
