Terrible Terrible Terrible services. I received my bearings and torsion springs in separate shipments. That's not a problem, but when I called 6 times to get an idea of the delivery time for the torsion springs, I would always get a recording. I left 2 messages and never got a return call. Finally, 8 business days later, I received the springs. I was able to cancel a new order from another company which was a mistake. The torsion springs they sent me slipped after 22-1/4 turns, so they shipped out an incorrectly set cone in one of their springs. I need to get to 28! I'm not sure I will waste more time returning their faulty merchandise, since I've already wasted so much time with them already. My guess is they will probably try to find a way not the refund me. That's just a terrible way to do business! I'm not going to advertise for any other companies, but I think any company elsewhere would be better for the little people this one!
