Poor shipping practices
This is the second time I had an order of filament shipped to me. Also the second time over 50% of the spools were damaged. They were not packed with any cushion materials and were bouncing around loose inside the box. Very disappointing for such a large company to not ship materials appropriately. I now have $46 of filament I had to throw away.
