WARNING: My Experience with TemplateMonster / Pixelnx.com I bought a theme from these people, and honestly, it has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. It’s been three weeks since they promised to help me install the theme I purchased, and up till now, nothing has been properly done. They couldn’t even install their own theme without creating more errors. Every time they try, new problems appear — and even they don’t seem to know how to fix them. I originally bought this theme about three months ago, but I stopped using it because of the same constant issues. Recently, I decided to give it another try because of some of the features it offered — but that turned out to be a big mistake. The problems just keep repeating. At one point, they even deleted my entire website just to start from scratch, yet they still couldn’t solve the issues. I really wonder why people are still praising this team. Please think twice before buying from TemplateMonster, especially if the theme is from Pixelnx.com. Many of their themes are full of errors, and their support team is slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. They don’t even want to issue a refund. Right now, my website feels hijacked — I can’t access or manage anything, and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. This can happen to anyone here. Trust me, I’m really frustrated, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this same experience.
