This is by far the worse place to every purchase tickets. They are triple the price of any other website. I recently had an event cancel due to covid and they refuse to issue me a refund. They will only allow me to use a credit from their site that only last 18 months. With the state of the world as it is I am not sure we will be having events anytime soon. The customer service rep hung up on me and basically told me there was nothing they can do! STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY AT ALL COST.
