This company has greatly exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of product as well as customer service. I have used daysy as birth control and cycle tracker for 2.5 years and the freedom from taking birth control and knowledge of my hormonal and menstrual health is invaluable to me. I know that when we are ready to have kids we will be fully equipped with the knowledge of my cycle for trying to get pregnant. My device was broken from getting dropped and their customer service department was overly helpful in explaining the process and communicating what they were doing when. Their warranty is wonderful and because my device was not fixable they transferred all of my data(over two years worth) and gave me the newer version of device free of charge.
