FRAUD ALERT
FRAUD ALERT this company is a scam DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!! Was told this morning they only have a fraction of the cores to fulfill their orders but they are still taking orders!! My transmission did not last a year, less than 5000 miles. Was told one was being shipped to replace it. Today, a month later, I am told I have to take my trans out, ship to them, and have it rebuilt then shipped back, if I want it anytime soon!! They will go on about their 17 years in business, that’s bullsit, these people are crooks, spend the money and go to Jasper!! Answer to ATransmissions EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS Read the reviews, this company is a scam, I will never send them the defective transmission, read the reviews!!! Those that do never get them back or wait months!!! We are going to dissect transmission and put video on YouTube so everyone can see!! Notice they did not address the fact that they CANNOT GET ENOUGH CORES TO FILL THE ORDER but they still take your money. I have received 0 communication from these people. I’m screwed out of $1300 but you can save yourself the headache. Buy local!!! Do not send them your hard earned money!! ALSO, they give the date when I ordered trans as date of warranty, it took over 2 months to get it then I had to wait on a torque converter they did not send ( which they rarely send unless you ask, read the reviews) . So after all of their crap service they want to split a hair over a week on the warranty. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH TIMES DO NOT USE THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! Answer #2 I can do this every day It’s very amusing trying to watch people defend the indefensible, it’s not worth the 1300 bucks they screwed me out of but it is still amusing Listen people, their representative told me that they generally get 200 core transmissions every week but now they can only get 25. They are still taking orders so you do the math. They will take your money, tell you it’s gonna be three weeks and that is a lie and fraudulent. Obviously they’re not gonna ship my warranty transmission because every one else is screaming and waiting. Also let me be clear, the transmission was ordered Beginning of May last year, it did not arrive until the end of July, when it arrived it did not have a torque converter so I had to wait on that another two weeks, I reported the transmission to them on 20 August. If the warranty was out it was only by a couple days, a company with crap customer service you would think would try to help people out, think again. When I called on 20 August and talk to Jen, I was told to check for any codes that the vehicle was throwing but that I was covered under my warranty. When I called her back on the 25th to tell her there were no codes she told me no problem that a transmission was being shipped to me at no charge. I called and checked with her after two weeks, she told me no warranty transmissions had been shipped but we were still waiting on a shipping date for mine. When I called to check again this past Thursday is when I was told I would have to pull my transmission out and ship it back. These people are full of excuses, The Covid excuse it’s just that another excuse for a company that cannot live up to their commitment. People just read the reviews, yeah he might have A couple of good reviews, but I imagine most of them came straight from their office. DO NOT SEND THESE EVIL PEOPLE YOUR MONEY
