10 Week Shipping Delay with No Communicaiton
I ordered my holster on October 3rd and received it in late December. The vendor communicated only once about the delay, on December 10th. Despite running large Black Friday sales and other promotions during this period, I was charged full price. While the quality of the holster is excellent, the overall purchasing experience was disappointing. --- Edit: Sure, there was a disclaimer in the email. Here it is, copied verbatim, mentioning days, not months: "This email is to confirm your order. We are experiencing lead times of 7-10 business days. For CT3's, please allow up to 16 business days. If you have any questions, please reach out to sales[at comptac.com]"
