Failure to Provide
This company failed to deliver my product, I had to attempt contacting them multiple times about it, and then they failed to honor their policy about trying to get the product to me asap after I contacted them about not receiving the product I had ordered over 35 days prior to contacting them, as their policy stated. I did receive a refund but no response or attempt to follow through on the delivery.
