Parcel rejected even though wrapped
Parcel got rejected even though i followed the online instruction and my supplier wrapped it. Cause a big issue with my supplier when it was rejected on grounds that a box is needed (the website didn’t say!) While it’s “not Qoo10 fault exactly”, this bad experience gave a bad taste for me and my supplier hence a 1 star.
