The 5 stars are ONLY for Lupe
So the 5 stars are ONLY for the customer service rep who actually called me, who was LUPE. She was terrific. But your online portal is the WORST for customer service I have ever experienced. Your chat feature is even more terrible. Eden needs to figure it, out as you will lose customers if you do not find a way to improve the customer experience. And in my opinion, as someone who has worked in sales for over 30 years, since you cannot figure out the chat feature, remove it. It is literally the worst chat ever. No one ever responds, ever, and several days later I get an "apology" email about the lack of communication every time. Ridiculously bad customer service on your poral and chat. The A.I. feature on the chat is the only one that responds, but is useless. But LUPE was great.
