Great dresses and all but....
As most of the customers says, the delivery is too slow. They do have an estimated delivery date but seriously, that's something they could have removed entirely as they do not hold those dates up. I ordered a dress, shoes, veil and some other accesories for my wedding in October and had to order a 2nd dress due to the delivery was 10 days passed due. And yes, the dress was 1 size too small and the shoes were too big as they had made sure they were stretched out. I have tried to contact the customer service for a return paper but it doesn't work. I have tried to call the number on their website, but I get the message that the number does not exist. So my summary: Great dresses, really beautiful, nice colors and nice fabric. But their so called customer service is non-exisitng as you can't mail them or call them at all. And ofc course, their so-called "fast delivery" should really get a new title as it is not fast at all. I expect my 2nd dress the 26 Sep 2020 but instead I can see it has left the airport on its way to destinated country. All in all - I think you should fix the customer service part.
