Excellent service
Everything that our advisor, Dennis Knoff, did was perfect with one exception: he only gave us one offer to follow up, when the service promises three. This makes it look like there might potentially be a bit of collusion between KitchenAdvisor and the one firm that he recommended. However, the information was very helpful and reliable, the one kitchen studio he directed us toward was excellent, and there was never a sense of pressure or of a 'hard sell'. He followed up at the right times and even (apparently) actively pursued a suggestion that we gave him regarding financing.
