After I created profiles first time
After I created profiles first time, closed AdsPower. Then when I opened it, all profiles data were lost. No help from support. The soft is buggy nevertheless now when have been working with it for a months it is rare case. Some profiles data is not available on other pc's and for other users, but mostly it works as should.
