Stay clear
I purchased a heat press which also come with some free stuff which a nice little bonus. I was very excited to receive but then issues started. Few days had passed but no update or tracking information so I emailed them. Next day I got a reply with tracking information so thought everything was OK but then the real problems started. Both parcels were at the delivery depot but only one arrived which was the free stuff,the press was saying it would arrive the next day. That day came but it didn't turn up and this continued for next few days so I got intouch with the delivery company who started looking into it and after many phone calls with them was told it had been sent back to the sender. I was absolutely fuming and so stressed. I got intouch with the seller to find out what was going on,took days to reply and was told they would send another one out. Again days passed and nothing so got intouch again to be told the machine is out of stock. I was so stressed out by the end I contacted my bank who was very helpful and got my money back. How and free stuff arrive no problem but what you actually pay for has nothing but problem,convenient. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Absolutely shocking company will NEVER deal with these again.
