I was going to move hosting services
I honestly signed on prepared to begin transitioning my domains to a new hosting service. Talked with Amit regarding a few major issues I was having, in a few short chats, he pointed me in the right direction, provided the details that I needed so that I didn't have to return to the chat several times. I'm not sure why I couldn't resolve things before (it could have been me to be honest) but today Amit just helped to put it all together for me with clear explanations and the appropriate documentation. It was a breeze and he was more than patient and kind during the support experience. Great job!
