I guess my situation is different from everybody else and I have thoroughly read the reviews trying to see if anyone had a peculiar problem. So I can count my losses because so far, seems alot of customers are counting losses ordering from lovely wholesale. I placed my order on September 24th. I was charged $149 which was quickly debited from my Account. Only for my order to be cancelled for no reason whatsoever on September 30. I reached out to customer service. A ticket was opened. The got back with me saying a refund was issued. Sent me an attachment I can't open. Now I'm trying to figure out how you cancel.my order and not notify me until I reached out for my refund. If y'all had to cancel the order, i will assume the money paid will be automatically credited. I'm reading reviews saying the items recieved was like the picture. What about an order that was cancelled by lovely wholesale??? Pls don't respond with your generic answer apologizing for the inconvenience because yall are definitely a sorry ass company and I'm not sure why yall are still open. I want my refund of $149 credited back to my account it was debited from.
