AWFUL COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give this company 0/5 I would. After raising a dispute with the misleading information provided in the ad, they declined a refund of the product. They said I would need to return the product to china (not stated anywhere on the website) and they are a UK business. They offered $7 as compensation for a £35 product that doesn't meet my needs, and refused to escalate the issue to management. They have 90 day money back guarantee and 100% satisfaction guarantee logos on their website - none of which they adhere to. The quality of the product is not reflected by the price or images used in their ad. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
