Untrustworthy
Untrustworthy, they are refusing to refund me for a delivery that was not delivered and returned to their warehouse. I am going to take legal action if I don’t get my money back. The staffs have no knowledge of what they are talking about, they are very unhelpful and shy away from dealing with customer complains. They email you from a script and follow the same script when you communicate by phone. This company should be banned from operating.
