This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten scammed from this website! Do Not Order from here!! The 12inch was the smallest as my palm. The hair is barely stitched on, we go to pull the hat off and the hair comes out with it! Bald in the middle! It came dirty with hair sticking to the silicone. It was awful for a $300 doll, and they want to give me 10% back! Customer service is terrible, you only can email. No need to email the situation because they only offer is 20% of your purchased. Waste of time!
