Achingly slow, why so slow?!
And I thought USPS was bad, yeesh. This company has been holding my package hostage for 9 days now. 9 days just sitting in a city an hour and a half away from me, not moving, tracking not updating. What could possibly be taking so long?! Did all your employees quit? Did the shipping container fall into the ocean? I'll update my review if I miraculously get my package in the next week or two, but I'm considering it lost or stolen at this point. What a joke, do better.
