DO NOT BUY - Products do not match advertised
I ordered 2 items from them. Not cheap, despite supposed discount. When they arrived they did NOT match the pictures that were advertised. I complained, i was ignored. I sent a 2nd email, i was asked for photos. Which I sent. I was ignored again, so I reminded them again. I was then asked to send a photo of the product QR code and outer packaging label. I suspect this is a delaying tactic. I then received an email asking for me to keep the goods and take $5 as compensation. I refused. The goods are NOT what I ordered and I want my money back. I then got an email and they tried to up the compensation to $7 - again I refused. They are ignoring my refund request. Despite 2 further emails, I have yet to receive a response. I have photographs of the products. The Pride shorts show a faded back, tight legged short. The shorts that were sent look like a baggy shoolgirls skirt. Cheap material and Jet black. Now they are sending random replies to my refund request. The latest is blaming President Trump's tariffs.
