The transition from Neat to Rapyd was a desaster! I plattform Rapyd did not work. I wanted my money out and it was not possible! Error message.... I ordered RAPYD to send the money to my account! Guess what! The answer was we can not do that now.. we need to look for a solution. IT TOOK THEM 4 months to send me the money! WOW WHAT A FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDER. BR Alexander
BEWARE OF RAPYD! For weeks i am not getting my funds out of the account. I tried several times .. only error messages! Then send instruction to send a manual transfer! THE ANSWER WAS: We will work on it.... NO RESULT! NOW I AM ASKING TO PROVDE: a) Name of director b) Full name of company c) Legal address d) Name, adress and Contact (email) of regulating govermental oversight authority! The ANSWER: WE CAN NOT GIVE THAT INFORMATION! WHAT ?????? I hope that this is not a CRIMINAL FRAUDULENT ORGANISATION, that will misapprpriate the funds of my company! Never in my life i was exposed to a situation like that! I will keep you updated!
My coompany account with NEAT was taken over by RAPYD. i tried to payout funds several times with NEAT and RAPYD... each time system errors. Then i instructed RAPYD to pay out the funds manually. THEY ANSWERED yes.. but we can not give you a time, because we need to find a way how to do that! WHAT??? i payment provider does not know how to transfer money. I asking myself whether this is system failure only or whether this is also a question of lack of liquidity! HORRIBLE TIME CONSUMING EXPERIENCE FOR ME! Best regards Alexander
Transition NEAT to RAPYD very bad.. Liquidity issues? I had account with NEAT and wanted to transfer out my funds. It did not work because of technical failure of the system. Then the funds were transfered to RAPYD. Here again i wanted to transfer out the funds. GUESS WHAT! Again could not because of system errors. I am starting to wonder, whether they also have liquidity issues, and that is because i can not get my funds out! I will try one last time .. if it does not work i will file insolvency charges against the company. Best regards Alexander
