Fraudulent marketing. Everyone gets the same spray...
Unfortunately, their marketing is fraudulent. They very directly communicate that when you sign up with them, you get a *customized* formulation of chemicals based on the specific location of your home - and they even ask you which pests in particular you are having most trouble with. However, at least in CA, that is a total charade. I just chatted with customer service, and they revealed that everyone in CA get the exact same formulation irrespective of anything you reported during sign-up. That's fine, if that's how they roll. But it's clearly deceptive to claim that they are mixing up some special blend specifically for your location and pest problems. It might still be perfectly fine pesticide...but that's not the point. You shouldn't trick customers into signing up for your service by lying to them about you're getting. Even in my chat (with AI initially) they were still pretending there's a difference between formulation depending on where you live until they finally admitted no, actually, we send everyone the same stuff. Shameful.
