They won’t fully refund you
They won’t fully refund you. They try to bargain with you by a few dollars each time you ask for your full refund,even though their policy states that they will. They suggest you keep the item or gift it to a friend and only refund you a small ridiculous amount.Emails back and forth with no resolution. Terrible customer service
