Happy with Gumtoo :)
Dear Gumtoo, The reason I went ahead with my order with your company is because of your good customer service. I was facing really bad customer service from another company and decided to look for other options. That was when I found you. Even though the cost was beyond my budget, I decided to go ahead with you as you were really patient with me and was able to fulfill my requests. I really do appreciate the good service you provided to me. I was really happy when I received my order from Gumtoo. My batch of embroidered baseball caps for children arrived in good condition and in time for me to pack into the children's day goodie bags. I was very satisfied with the quality of the caps and the embroidery. They look really good on the children and their parents are also like them. I would definitely highly recommend Gumtoo. Well done!
