Please please do not believe what they say in their replies about offering 100% refund. THEY DO NOT DO THIS. I asked and was offered 20% followed by 40%. They refused to answer my question as to why they refused to give 100% refund. I had no response. I am angry to read their replies saying they do offer 100% refund when they clearly do not.
I really wish I could give this 0 stars as absolutely atrocious company to deal with. Refund policy is as good as non existent. They offered me 20% which I refused, increased to 40%. I asked why not 100% and I didn't get a response. They suggested I gift the shoes to a friend (who would be extremely insulted by the quality!). Do not buy from this company. Shoes were poor fit and quality and you will not get your money back.
