There is always a problem with this company. They will only help you if you leave a bad review! My last order was sent to me over a month late. The only reason it was finally shipped off is because I posted an honest review of their company and they wanted me to remove it. I told them I would not remove it until I received my goods. Their customer service is horrible. I submitted a chargeback through PayPal because I was not aware if I would receive my goods. As a first time buyer, you would not expect a company to send your order over a month late, so I thought it was a scam and charged-back. However, my items did come and I made sure the chargeback was reversed to them. They got paid! So I decided to place another order since my items did truly arrive. They refunded me for the new order and won’t allow me to order because I did the chargeback, even though they still got paid. I have proof that all my items were paid for and that the chargeback was reversed once I received the items. So why am I not allowed to order again? This company is not fair and blames you for their wrongs! This is the second time they ruined the launch of my new business and website! Do not shop here unless you want a plethora of issues and be held accountable for their horrible business ethics. You only see good reviews because they bribe all their bad ones to be removed!
