I am so sorry that I ordered this wig without coming to trustpilot first. The company is totally dishonest. They don't say that the wigs are imported from China. They give a false impression that the product comes from the US. I don't order products from China on principle because they can't be returned and you have NO recourse against them. They charged me import duties. If I know that this was coming from China I wouldn't have ordered it. I ordered a 14 inch wig and it is 8 inches. The texture feels synthetic and is hard. I paid over $500 for the wig and the color is brown as if it was dyed. I have worn $1500 wig so I know what real human hair feels like. I gave them 1 star because the packaging is fancy.
