I initially placed an order for one bottle and entered my credit card information to complete the purchase. During checkout, I was prompted to watch a video encouraging me to upgrade to three bottles for additional savings. I agreed to the offer and proceeded with the purchase for three bottles. However, once the payment was processed, I noticed that I had been charged for four bottles, totaling approximately $250 CAD, which I did not authorize. I immediately contacted your support team to request a cancellation and full refund. Instead of processing my request, I received multiple responses offering partial concessions (30% store credit, then 10%, then 20%, and later a suggestion to keep one bottle). I clearly declined each of these offers and reiterated my request for a full refund. It has now been 6 days, and I have neither received a refund nor any further response from your representative, Vienna. This is my final request: Please process a full refund immediately for the unauthorized charge. If I do not receive confirmation shortly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through my credit card provider.
