Waiting for Refund
I purchased 4 tickets through Explore Trip to Israel prior to COVID and got a good price. I cancelled the tickets months ago and am waiting on a refund. After waiting a couple months for a refund I contacted Explore Trip. They promised a refund a month ago. Since then I have called a couple more times. When I call, they answer and are polite, but say the refund is being processed by the airline and that I need to be patient. I cancelled with the airline several months ago, so this doesn't make sense to me. Today I was told I need to wait "another 20-25 days" for my refund.
