Good product hopeless Customer Service
We purchased the Joybos® 90 Inches Heavy Metal Folding Portable Clothes Drying Rack F212 for £141.95. More expensive than many but it appeared to be well made and the photos on the website showed it folding for storage in a corner of a room. On arrival, it is well manufactured but it appears that unless the reinforcement bars are removed, which is not practical it doesn't fold to the dimensions they said 136cm height 13 cm wide. It dies fold flat. I've tried contacting them to ask if we have missed something and there is a way to do it, if not, these misleading photos should be removed from their website. I sent a message on their online chat on 30th January, no response two reminders, still nothing.
