I ordered a couple of batteries and a battery charger case for my Osmo 360 camera from the DJI website. Prices were good, items in stock, dispatched very quickly. Items arrived within 2 days of placing my order. This is my third purchase direct from DJI and each item and experience has been exceptional
I purchased a set of DJI mic mini with charging case. Placed order on last Saturday and it arrived on the Sunday mid day...under 24 hours!!! Exceptionally good service and delivery at a geat price direct from DJI. The mic mini set is superb. Tiny units that give really good sound quality. When using the mics with the receiver unit, sound can be recorded clearly from over 60 metres away. In bluetooth mode, they are still great, but range is a bit reduced. I ordered spare batteries and charging case from DJI direct too...I will review my experience of those when they arrive.
I initially ordered a DJI Osmo 360 camera directly from DJI website. The camera was in their spring sale, so I got it for over £100 less than normal list price. The camera arrived within 2 working days with free delivery. Excellent quick service. I was so happy with the camera, that I have since ordered direct from DJI, several other items to add to my kit, including extra batteries with charge case and a set of wireless microphones The prices on DJI website are very good when you take into account that postage is free....I will be adding more DJI cameras, accessories and maybe a camera drone to my collection in the near future. I am also happy with the free editing software for Android, PC and Apple, but needed something a bit more sophisticated for final editing. 5 stars!!!
I bought the DJI Osmo 360 from the online shop. It was on sale, so I got it for over £100 less than regular list. I placed the order on the Sunday just before the sale was due to end on the Monday. I got a call from a USA number on the Monday telling me that there will be a delay of about a month..,This turned out to be wrong as I received an email later that evening to say that my purchase was being dispatched, complete with tracking details. Wednesday arrived and the parcel started moving along the network. 3 pm it arrived ...perfect item , great, if somewhat confusing service.
