An absolute scam
An absolute scam. The products this company advertises most definitely are not what they sent out! I received a tiny plastic hoover that I wouldn’t even give to a child as a play toy of a real robot hoover/ mop. I’ve tried to get a refund but am still waiting. YouTube clearly don’t check out the companies they are selling advertising space to, as long as they are receiving the money why would they care? Avoid braaunn completely and save your money.
