Use them if you are ok waiting for months without communication and paying more after the fact to get your stuff.
my brother in law used this marketplace to move because of a job across the US. he has now been in his apartment for over 2 months and still has not gotten his entire house. First some lame 30 business days to get it. Ok thats fine but were over 2 months and now they have missed the days they promise delievery and being asked for more money to get delievery. I wouldnt ever use this company to move anything again. 100% not acceptable to take $1000s of dollars to move someone and then basically extort more money to get the things. This is gonna be reported and im going to notify all the news agencies to hopefully get a story warning others not to get taken advantage of by UShip! If we had known what this was gonna turn into i would have rented a truck and drove his things myself and flew back home. Might cost more to use the bigger movers but WORTH IT for the peace of mind and not having to sleep on the floor for several months waiting to maybe get your stuff eventully. Zero stars still feel ripped off.
