I closed my account, but they refuse to refund my money! This is a form of theft

Stay away from them
Stay away from them! You will never get your money. I have been fighting to get my payment for more then 1 year now, wrote them more then 10 emails and the only response I get is: "Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Rapyd Support. Kindly note that this issue is being handled in ticket #######"
