Dissapointed
To begin, I deposited to buy a knife. I've recently added steam mobile authenticator but I thought, since I only want to withdraw there shouldn't be any problems. When I try to add my tradelink it says I cannot withdraw skins for 14 days. I go ahead and contact support and ask them nicely to either, refund me or send me the skin that I want and remove the balance. The answer I get is "you can request a refund" I request one and two days later still no answer, (replies before took around 10 hours) so I suppose I was being ignored now...
