- placed an order. - followed up on order because it had not shipped yet - they said some of my items were not available and had not emailed me. - I asked for a refund - they said they do not do refunds - I asked what was available because my items I had initially ordered still show available - ((CRICKETS)) - I email back to tell them to please double up on items that were available - ((CRICKETS)) - I follow up again - ((CRICKETS)) - I have now sent a demand email. - this is $135 order and I double I get a response. - glad to see they are in Austin. I live in Texas and will make sure this gets taken care of.
